The seminar takes place 2 minutes walk away from the train staton.
How to get to the Université catholique de Louvain ?
The Université catholique de Louvain is located in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), 30 km away from Brussels.
By train :
Louvain-la-Neuve is easily accessible by train and its train staton is located in the very centre of the town. From
Brussels, you can get to Louvain-la-Neuve in about 40 minutes.
If you are travelling to Louvain-la-Neuve by train, be sure to ask for a tcket to "Louvain-la-Neuve Université" and NOT
to Louvain (or Leuven in Dutch), which is a diferent city, and to get on the train to Otgnies.
From any Belgian staton, take the train towards Otgnies, a staton situated on the Brussels-Otgnies-NamurLuxembourg line (trains every half hour in both directons).
Get of at Otgnies staton and change trains to contnue to Louvain-la-Neuve-Université (about 8 min.).
Some trains go straight from Brussels to Louvain-la-Neuve but take more tme.

By car from Brussels:
Take the E411 motorway towards Namur, Luxembourg.
Take exit 8a marked "Louvain-la-Neuve".
At the roundabout on the Natonal 4, follow the signs to the neighbourhood you need to go to.
By plane
Fly to Brussels Natonal Airport (Zaventem):
The Natonal Tourist Informaton Ofce, situated in the luggage hall of the airport, can help you and provide useful
informaton about getng to Louvain-la-Neuve. The ofce is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Brussels Natonal Airport (Zaventem) is linked to Brussels by a train service: 4 trains/hour between 5.30 a.m. and 12
p.m. during weekdays and between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. during week-ends. Ask for a tcket to "Louvain-la-Neuve" and
get of at the staton Brussels Nord (a 12-15 min. ride). Take the Brussels-Namur-Luxemburg line (trains every half hour,
week-end included), get of at Otgnies (about 35 min.) and switch to a train to Louvain-la-Neuve (about 8 min.). Some
trains go straight from Brussels to Louvain-la-Neuve but take more tme.

Fly to Brussels South Charleroi Airport:
At the airport, go to the desk Ryanair and ask for a combined tcket bus/train to Louvain-la-Neuve.
Bus connectons are organised according to fights arrivals and departures (every half hour to Charleroi staton and
return). Take the bus to Charleroi staton, from where you can contnue by train to Louvain-la-Neuve.

It's very easy to get to Louvain-la-Neuve from one of Brussels' train statons: Bruxelles-midi, Bruxelles-centrale,
Bruxelles-Nord, Bruxelles-Schuman or Bruxelles-Luxembourg (see above). Prices are about 5 euros per journey.
